• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand each client's unique mental health needs and create personalized treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, as well as group and family psychoeducation and process groups, utilizing evidence-based interventions to promote healing and growth.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a cohesive approach to treatment and coordinate effective discharge planning.
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation and complete assessments, group notes, and compliance reports promptly, adhering to all relevant guidelines and regulations.
• Monitor and assess clients' safety conditions continuously, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks.
• Lead treatment planning meetings, regularly reviewing and updating plans based on client progress and feedback.
• Implement post-discharge follow-ups to ensure continued support and resources for clients transitioning back into the community.

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse client base requiring varying levels of mental health support, including those facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. You will utilize culturally sensitive practices to engage with clients from different backgrounds and ensure their unique needs are understood and addressed.

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
• A master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills that enable effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems or a willingness to learn relevant software to streamline documentation processes.
• The ability to maintain professional boundaries while demonstrating empathy and understanding towards clients.
• Successful completion of a background check prior to employment.

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting or familiarity with remote counseling methodologies is highly valued.
• Experience working with a varied population, including individuals and families facing complex mental health challenges.
• Engagement in ongoing professional development and training in evidence-based practices and interventions, particularly in trauma-informed care.
