We offer unlimited earning potential, with a base pay of $16/hr + commission, allowing top performers to earn significantly more. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, life & disability insurance, paid sick time, vacation, holidays, and your birthday off. 

  • Full time schedule: Monday-Thursday, 10:00 AM-6:30 PM, and Friday, 10:00 AM-2:00 PM.
  • Part time schedule: Monday-Thursday 2:30-6:30PM.

  • Dial, Close, Succeed: Make 200+ outbound calls per day to potential and existing customers.

  • Sales Across Campaigns: Promote Weed Man’s lawn care  and Mosquito Hero programs and upsell add-on services.

  • Engage and Persuade: Effectively identify customer needs, overcome objections, and close sales.

  • Log and Track: Accurately input customer information into the CRM system.
