Position Summary: Caremark LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Woonsocket, RI: Sr. Manager, Scrum Master to Oversee and direct the planning, design, execution, and delivery of enterprise-level strategic initiatives and IT projects within software development teams to advance software product deployment. Duties include: Lead teams through project phases, applying expertise in engineering, data and network design, information security, and related technical areas. Facilitate key design discussions to ensure clear documentation and alignment between technical and business teams, translating business requirements into actionable tasks for software development and testing; serve as a subject matter expert and liaison between technical and business stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards; utilize knowledge of system architectures and technologies-such as web, middleware, cloud, databases, and programming languages including Java, Python, SQL, NoSQL, Oracle, and Microservices to implement business applications in distributed environments; conduct research and analysis to create innovative technology solutions, ensure compliance with industry and departmental standards, and drive continuous improvement through customer feedback; collaborate with quality assurance and cross-functional teams to resolve system issues and enhance user experience; apply Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies, including SAFe and Scrum practices, to manage projects efficiently; partner with business and IT teams on requirements gathering, roadmap definition, and data-driven decision making; use tools like Jira for project tracking and KPI reporting; establish governance structures and frameworks, assign roles and responsibilities, and manage risks, dependencies, and budgets throughout the project lifecycle; prepare executive dashboards for senior leadership, plan and oversee technology projects, highlighting key metrics, accomplishments, risks, and results; liaison between business and technical teams to ensure project stages align with business needs and deadlines are met; develop data conversion strategies, utilize advanced concepts and techniques in data engineering, computer science, and IT; create and maintain comprehensive requirements documentation, including business process flows, outcome diagrams, PI planning, story refinement, demos, and governance; lead product analysis to understand market influences and integrate findings into product strategy and roadmaps; serve as a subject matter expert, translating business processes and data points to deliver technical projects on schedule and resolve issues; conduct business impact analyses of system defects, outages, and enhancements; generate key data points for management using data processing applications; apply SAFe Agile methodologies, write features and user stories, define acceptance criteria, and use tools like CA Clarity PPM, Rally, MS Project, SharePoint, MS Office Suite, and Jira for project management; write business requirements, document and review test cases, oversee production implementation, and resolve production issues; translate client requirements for internal teams and collaborate with product owners and business teams to provide solutions and ensure system delivery; collaborate with peer organizations, quality assurance, and end users to develop innovative technology solutions; identify and address dependencies across teams, develop metrics to track progress, and ensure projects remain within cost, schedule, scope, and quality objectives; support applications, systems, and databases for processing prescriptions, claims, and healthcare activities; and collaborate with crossfunctional teams on development, requirements, code review, deliverables, quality assurance, and best practices. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
