Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager, Acquisition Integration to lead acquisition integration projects across our organization. This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing integration activities following mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless alignment of systems, processes, and teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Integration Planning & Execution: Develop and manage detailed project plans for acquisition integration, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate with Finance, HR, IT, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure smooth integration of acquired entities.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruption during integration.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for integration updates, providing clear and timely communication to executives and stakeholders.
  • Process Optimization: Recommend and implement best practices for integration processes to improve efficiency and reduce complexity. Develop and refine playbook for future acquisitions.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor progress against KPIs and report on integration success metrics to leadership.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field; PMP certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in M&A or acquisition integration projects.

Target Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000
