THE OPPORTUNITY

We're seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead high-profile hotel renovation projects across the United States. This is an opportunity to work with leading national brands, command resources across multidisciplinary teams, and grow alongside a fast-moving, entrepreneurial construction company. You'll drive project delivery from inception to completion, own budgets and schedules, and build direct relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors on transformative hospitality projects.

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager specializing in Construction, with a focus on Hospitality Renovations. In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex renovation projects within the hospitality sector, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise will drive collaboration among diverse teams, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and oversee all phases of construction management to deliver exceptional hospitality environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Lead end-to-end project management for hospitality renovation initiatives, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

● Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to ensure timely delivery.

● Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to schematics and blueprints.

● Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality control protocols.

● Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.

● Utilize construction estimating tools like HeavyBid to accurately forecast costs and manage budgets effectively.

● Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor project milestones and address any issues promptly.

● Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, Civil 3D models, and other technical drawings to guide construction efforts.

● Implement project scheduling strategies that optimize time management and resource utilization across multiple projects.

● Leverage construction management software such as ProCore or Bluebeam for documentation, tracking progress, and facilitating collaboration.

Requirements

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

● Proven experience managing large-scale hospitality renovation or construction projects from inception to completion.

● Extensive knowledge of construction site operations, safety protocols, and quality assurance practices.

● Demonstrated ability in project coordination across multidisciplinary teams within fast-paced environments.

● Strong background in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to civil engineering and architectural plans.

● Familiarity with construction estimating methods and tools like HeavyBid or similar software packages.
