This is a fully remote position. Our clinical team operates within a virtual framework, ensuring that counselors are well-supported as they deliver services to our clients from various locations. You will be an essential part of our community health clinic, participating in regular virtual team meetings to collaborate and share insights on best practices while enjoying the convenience and flexibility of a home-office setting.

• Conduct initial assessments and thorough evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans that align with the unique needs of each client.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques customized to individual client situations, ensuring positive and supportive therapeutic experiences.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to coordinate holistic care for clients across multiple disciplines.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements to ensure the integrity of client information.
• Keep abreast of the latest research and developments in mental health practices by attending relevant workshops and seeking professional development opportunities.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Gotham Enterprises, you will primarily work with adult individuals, couples, families, and groups, helping them manage a wide array of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship challenges. Your role will also focus on creating a safe and welcoming environment for clients, allowing them to express their concerns freely while they embark on their paths toward healing.

• Possession of a relevant Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing counseling services in a clinical or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of and adherence to ethical guidelines and legal regulations in counseling practice.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and maintain effective therapeutic relationships with clients of diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other relevant software platforms used for client documentation and case management.

• Specialization in areas such as trauma-informed care, substance abuse counseling, family therapy, or couples counseling is highly desirable.
• Experience working in a community health setting or outpatient counseling clinic.
• A demonstrated interest in continual learning and applying current psychiatric advancements to clinical practice.

The competitive salary for this role ranges between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
