Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and organized Junior Project Manager to take full ownership of client software implementation projects. In this role, you will be the primary lead responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget. You will drive the entire lifecycle-from kickoff to go-live-coordinating internal resources and acting as the main point of contact for our clients. This role is critical in driving initial customer adoption and ensuring a flawless delivery experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full project lifecycle for assigned accounts, managing scope, timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication as the primary client contact
  • Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors while overseeing project logistics, including workshops, training sessions, and technical reviews
  • Drive client engagement by providing updates, managing expectations, and ensuring implementations align with business goals and deliver early value
  • Lead onboarding and training to support successful adoption and long-term value realization
  • Manage the client relationship through implementation and lead a structured handoff to Customer Success or Account Management upon completion
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure all deliverables, approvals, and artifacts are completed prior to project close
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, a related field, or relevant equivalent industry experience.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in project management or coordination, specifically within a SaaS or technology company.
  • Demonstrated ability to run projects autonomously without day-to-day supervision.
  • Experience managing the full lifecycle of software implementation projects from kickoff to go-live.
  • A strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering positive business outcomes.
