• Design and implement innovative therapeutic interventions that empower clients to set and achieve their mental health goals.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation for each session adhering to company policies and guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers, medical personnel, and educational staff, to coordinate comprehensive service delivery.
• Participate in regular clinical meetings and trainings, contributing insights and learning to enhance service quality.
• Support a positive team culture through effective communication and collaboration.
• Assess clients' mental health conditions, create personalized treatment plans, and conduct ongoing evaluations to adapt treatment strategies as needed.
• Engage with clients to assess their needs and create a road map for their mental health journey.

As a Clinical Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse client base, providing tailored therapeutic solutions to individuals with varying backgrounds and mental health challenges. Your skill in fostering relationships with clients from all walks of life is essential in delivering effective and compassionate care. You will contribute to an environment where all clients feel heard, understood, and supported in their unique healing journeys.

• A master’s degree in a behavioral science or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in the state of California.
• Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to complete clinical documentation and reports promptly.
• Understanding and experience working with a varied demographic to comfortably address their needs.
• Proficiency in Office 365 and familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, with Valant experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills, both written and oral, enabling clear interaction with clients and team members.
• Successful completion of a background check is required.

Experience in outpatient mental health environments is preferred, with an emphasis on the delivery of evidence-based practices. Familiarity with integrated care models and psychological assessments will be beneficial.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 122,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
