Note: The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong personality, be able to handle stress, and be willing to advocate for the team. The Project Manager will be aligned with specific application suites and must be comfortable with a challenging yet rewarding environment

Lead and coordinate software development projects, ensuring smooth collaboration with business partners, operational teams, and other stakeholders.

Be accountable for the successful delivery of each project, demonstrating the willingness to take ownership and escalate issues when necessary.

Proven experience as a Sr Project Manager, preferably in the aviation industry or a comparable domain with large-scale in-house applications.

Experience leading and coordinating software development projects

Proficiency with PM tools (preferably Azure DevOps or JIRA) for managing project tasks, fragmentation, and consistency.
