This Supervisory Software Project Manager position supports the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Customs and Border Protection (CBP) in the area of Support Services. The mission-critical program provides comprehensive training, safety, standards, curriculum development, and technical modernization services to ensure national border security agents can operate safely and effectively.
Our specialized web application is the central hub for AMO flight records, safety tools, and online training [5]. As the Software Project Manager, you lead the technical team responsible for upgrading, securing, and modernizing this portal, directly supporting the digital backbone of national border aviation.

You are the crucial bridge between technical software development and strategic mission execution [8, 11]. You speak the language of code, database architecture, and DevSecOps, but you also possess the business acumen and emotional intelligence to manage client expectations and steer a technical team. What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
