Position Overview:
The Manager, Software Orchestration works across key software functions to drive results across teams through strategy execution, operations management, and organizational alignment around the critical needs of Software, Cloud, and Security team.. This role is directly responsible for managing and supporting PPM Software Orchestration team members. They will also set the direction and coordinate cross-divisionally to drive results in functional improvement, tool utilization, process research and analysis, communication and driving GTM initiatives from PPM.

  • Establish strategic goals and direction for the development, implementation, maintenance, continuous improvement, and execution of Software Orchestion functions and projects
  • Work closely with Software Orchestration team members to enable training and development through cross-team collaborative efforts
  • Drive guidance and strategic vision towards improved quoting and discounting workflows
  • Manage a team of direct reports and matrixed indirect reports
  • Act as liaison across teams to drive enablement for stakeholders in PPM, Sales, and Supply Chain
  • Manage enablement and readiness across the various roles across Zones
  • Cross-team collaboration to craft roadmaps into a cohesive strategic vision
  • Help communicate vision to key stakeholders across Zones
  • Drive business cadence, measuring and tracking critical projects, and preparing content and presenting during key stakeholder discussions
  • Uncover areas within the business to drive performance improvements to unlock value and improve execution
  • Manage a team of direct reports and matrixed indirect reports
What you will bring to the team:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong verbal, written and communication skills
  • 10+ years of total experience in management, consulting, or strategy & operations at an enterprise level
  • 5+ years' experience at a technology company
  • Past success working on large initiatives from framing the problem, conducting analysis, building the business and driving execution
  • Demonstrated track record of successful people management experience
  • Strong people development and influencing skills; able to build and drive extended virtual teams
  • Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative and innovative environment
  • Excellent organization skills and process expertise
  • Adaptability to an ever-changing work landscape
  • Ability to meet aggressive deadlines
  • Analytical with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating with leadership
  • Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to break down complex problems in a simplified way
