Chipton-Ross is seeking a Software Engineer for a contract opportunity in Fort Worth, TX.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)
- 3-5 Years of JIRA experience required
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Strong discipline in software development processes and methodologies.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide engineering management and oversight of supplier software development
- Coordinate supplier software deliveries and report periodic project status to Program Management.
- Manage Software Problem Anomaly Report (SPAR) metrics and support issue resolution.
- Maintain entries in the Air System Restrictions Database (ASRD) and flight-series data modules.
- Update and publish Interface Requirements Specification and message format definitions in the Signal Interface Management System (SIMS).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)
- Experience with JIRA, SW Depot, CART and Automet
- Experience with SIMS
- Supplier technical management experience
- Eligible for programs specific clearance.
REQUIRED EDUCATION
- Accredited Bachelor's degree in Software engineering or a related technical discipline.

- Full-Time
- 4/10 work schedule
