As a remote mental health counselor, you will work in a flexible environment tailored to your needs. • Conduct initial virtual assessments using specialized teletherapy software, gathering comprehensive client histories to inform individualized treatment plans.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various demographics seeking support for a wide range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your ability to connect with clients and adapt your therapeutic approach will be key in fostering strong therapeutic relationships, crucial for successful outcomes.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field.
• A valid and active license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Proven ability to practice independently without supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and strong clinical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and empathetic nature.
• Proficient in technology, including telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Prior experience in a teletherapy or remote counseling setting, utilizing digital tools to deliver effective therapy.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 52,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
