• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy in individual and group settings.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software effectively.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic client care and continuity of services.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and research to enhance knowledge and skills relevant to mental health practice.
• Adjust therapy approaches based on client feedback and progress, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to unique client situations.

Our counselors work with a varied clientele, including individuals, couples, and families dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and other mental health challenges. Understanding that accessibility to mental health services can be limited for some populations, our counselors are especially focused on providing culturally competent care that addresses the unique needs of each client. By utilizing telehealth, we aim to minimize barriers to treatment and ensure that our services are available to all.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal standards in mental health care.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients.
• Proficient use of EMR software and other telehealth technologies.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use disorders is highly desirable.
• Experience working in remote counseling settings is a plus, providing insights into the nuances of virtual therapy.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and ongoing engagement in continuing education related to mental health best practices.
