• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations for individuals seeking mental health support, meticulously understanding their unique challenges and establishing tailored treatment plans.
• Facilitate engaging individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methods, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques, crafted to meet the distinct needs of your clients.
• Develop and maintain therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients while closely monitoring their progress and making necessary adjustments to the treatment plan.
• Provide teletherapy services, accommodating clients who prefer virtual sessions due to location, convenience, or accessibility issues.
• Document client interactions and treatment progress accurately and timely, adhering to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

Your work will support a diverse client base that may include individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
