• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients based on their unique needs and goals.
• Provide counseling services utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, ensuring best practices in client care.
• Engage in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance your therapeutic skills and clinical competencies.
• Participate in case management and collaborative discussions with your peers to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

In this role, you will work primarily with clients who have been pre-screened to ensure they are stable and present with low acuity levels. You will have the option to select up to three client demographics that you feel most passionate about working with, allowing you to tailor your practice to align with your expertise and interests. This includes working with adults, adolescents, couples, or families facing various life challenges.

• Must possess a valid state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW without any disciplinary actions.
• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated compassion and a strong desire to enhance the mental well-being of clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills essential for building trust with clients.

• Prior experience in telehealth settings or online therapy platforms is a plus.
• Experience in working with specific populations of interest as identified by the candidate (e.g., trauma, anxiety, substance use).
• Familiarity with modern case management software and treatment planning tools.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
• Sign-on bonus available for newly hired therapists upon joining.
