This full-time position allows for remote work, ensuring you can deliver high-quality counseling services in an environment that suits your needs. You will work within a technologically advanced system that facilitates virtual therapy sessions and integrates seamlessly with electronic health records (EHRs). Our supportive administration team manages scheduling and billing, allowing you to focus on what matters most—providing outstanding care for your clients.

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for a variety of clients, ensuring that your communication and therapeutic approach are both warm and professional, even in a virtual setting.
• Develop and implement tailored, evidence-based treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs and goals, adjusting strategies as necessary based on their progress.
• Utilize well-structured assessment tools to measure client progress, maintain detailed records of therapy sessions in accordance with clinic and regulatory standards.
• Participate in weekly multidisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on client care, share insights, and reinforce a cohesive treatment approach.
• Monitor client outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, fostering a continuous improvement mindset that prioritizes client welfare.
• Provide support and psychoeducation to clients and their families, empowering them with tools and strategies to navigate mental health challenges effectively.
• Maintain a high level of professional development by engaging in ongoing training, attending workshops, and being open to feedback.

The ideal candidate will work with a predominantly low-acuity client population consisting of individuals experiencing mild to moderate mental health challenges. These may include anxiety, depression, and adjustment issues. Your role will primarily focus on delivering individualized care that fosters resilience and promotes overall wellness in a supportive, telehealth format, navigating client-specific concerns with empathy and professionalism.

• A master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• An active state licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD.
• Proficiency with computer systems, particularly Google Suite and EHR software, ensuring effective documentation and communication.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing for clear engagement with clients and collaboration with the healthcare team.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience delivering mental health counseling.
• Prior experience working in a telehealth capacity is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities is a plus.
