Work Environment

This full-time position allows for remote work, ensuring you can deliver high-quality counseling services in an environment that suits your needs. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions for a variety of clients, ensuring that your communication and therapeutic approach are both warm and professional, even in a virtual setting.
  • Develop and implement tailored, evidence-based treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs and goals, adjusting strategies as necessary based on their progress.
  • Utilize well-structured assessment tools to measure client progress, maintain detailed records of therapy sessions in accordance with clinic and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in weekly multidisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on client care, share insights, and reinforce a cohesive treatment approach.
  • Monitor client outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, fostering a continuous improvement mindset that prioritizes client welfare.
  • Provide support and psychoeducation to clients and their families, empowering them with tools and strategies to navigate mental health challenges effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a predominantly low-acuity client population consisting of individuals experiencing mild to moderate mental health challenges. Qualifications
  • A masterโ€™s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
