• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans that support their mental health goals.
• Provide a range of therapeutic options, including individual, group, and family counseling via telehealth platforms, using methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.
• Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to the diverse needs of clients, tracking progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.
• Facilitate crisis intervention when required, ensuring clients have access to appropriate resources and supports.
• Engage in collaborative care, working alongside a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, case managers, and social workers to enhance client treatment and outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with state regulations, ensuring compliance and fostering trust in the therapeutic relationship.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, case consultations, and team meetings to stay current with best practices and to enhance clinical skills.

• Active and valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential in Tennessee, with no disciplinary actions.

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience, primarily in outpatient or mental health settings, with an emphasis on telehealth counseling.
• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions.
• Exemplary communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, families, and teams.

• Experience in telehealth delivery or familiarity with teletherapy platforms such as Zoom, Doxy.me, or other clinical software.
• Additional certifications relevant to specialized counseling areas such as substance abuse, family systems, or child and adolescent therapy.
• Strong understanding of confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations in a remote work environment.
