• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ backgrounds, challenges, and therapeutic goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Lead engaging therapy sessions that may include individual therapy, family therapy, or group therapy formats, utilizing creative techniques to promote healing.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and other professionals to coordinate care, exchange insights, and facilitate comprehensive support for clients.
• Provide feedback and contribute ideas to enhance therapy practices and improve overall client outcomes.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Active licensure in the state of Tennessee as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is mandatory.
• Strong proficiency with computer systems, particularly Google Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) software.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interaction and documentation.

• Previous experience in a remote counseling role is a plus, showcasing adaptability and self-motivation.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and families.
