We\'re looking for an experienced Lead Product Manager that is excited to drive strategic initiatives and mentor our growing product team at our fast-growing 150-person company. This role will report to the VP of Product.

Responsibilities

  • Develop deep expertise in senior living operations and become the go-to authority on our products, customers, business, and market—serving as a thought leader both internally and externally.
  • Lead multiple product initiatives simultaneously, setting strategy and coordinating across product teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Own the entire product development process (ideation, design, development, launch, iteration, growth) for a product portfolio or strategic initiative spanning multiple feature sets.
  • Translate ideas into detailed requirements (PRDs) and prioritize features on the product roadmap, balancing short-term needs with long-term vision.
  • Drive end-to-end success of high-impact projects and products, demonstrating measurable business value and customer outcomes.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to product managers, fostering best practices in product management methodology and customer-centric thinking.
  • Partner with engineering, design, sales, and customer success leadership to shape product strategy and ensure successful execution.
  • Represent the product organization in executive-level discussions.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of product management experience at a SaaS company, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity
  • A relevant degree or background (e.g. engineering, business, design, experience in healthcare or long-term care)
  • Proven ability to define and execute product strategy that drives measurable business growth
  • Track record of launching multiple successful products or features that significantly improved key metrics (retention, revenue, NPS)
  • Experience mentoring or leading other product managers (formally or informally)
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence across all levels of the organization
  • Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical skills; SQL experience a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in complex, cross-functional environments
