• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health needs, ensuring each client's treatment plan addresses their specific challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to empower clients and target their unique goals, using evidence-based approaches and best practices.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, adapting therapeutic methods to suit varying client needs and dynamics.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver holistic care, participating in team meetings to discuss client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
• Educate and support clients' families, helping them understand mental health conditions and fostering their involvement in the treatment process.
• Maintain meticulous records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in documentation.

Your role will focus on diverse client groups facing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and related conditions. • Proven experience in providing mental health counseling, with specialized training in therapeutic modalities.
• Deep knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating various mental health disorders.
• Strong therapeutic skills with an ability to establish rapport, motivate clients, and facilitate their growth in a safe therapeutic environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to partner with other professionals to enhance client care.
