As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will report directly to the Social Work Manager, and your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough bio-psychosocial evaluations to identify psychosocial needs and barriers to treatment, contributing to effective discharge planning and resource utilization.
• Providing individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies aligned with patient needs, while continuously evaluating treatment progress and adjusting intervention plans as necessary.
• Collaborating with a diverse clinical team to develop integrated care plans that address the holistic needs of each patient, enhancing treatment compliance and satisfaction.
• Documenting all social work activities in patients' medical records in accordance with departmental standards and best practices.
• Facilitating educational sessions for patients and their families on the importance of adherence to treatment recommendations and the resources available for optimal functioning.
• Staying informed about community resources and advocating for patients' rights to self-determination, fostering their empowerment within the community.
• Maintaining professional knowledge and skills by participating in relevant educational activities and training, ensuring you are well-equipped to address the unique needs of our diverse patient population.

Your work will focus primarily on patients experiencing substance use disorders and other psychosocial challenges. You will engage with individuals from various backgrounds, ensuring that each patient is treated with respect and understanding. By providing specialized care, you're not just offering therapy; you are helping patients reclaim their lives and integrate successfully back into their communities.

To thrive in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution and a current LCSW license from the State Board of Social Work Licensure.
• Solid understanding of psychosocial dynamics, age-related issues, and cultural sensitivities relevant to patient care.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and therapy skills necessary for developing comprehensive treatment plans and evaluating patient progress effectively.

We prefer candidates who have:

• At least six months to one year of clinical experience in a health or mental health setting, particularly with populations facing substance use disorders.
• Experience addressing the specific developmental and psychosocial needs of diverse client groups, enabling tailored and empathetic therapeutic approaches.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 annually, along with a SIGN-ON BONUS to eligible candidates. Additionally, we provide:
