As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker at Step By Step Social Work, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering psychotherapy sessions to individuals dealing with mental health issues as they pertain to substance abuse recovery.
• Conducting thorough assessments and developing detailed, personalized treatment plans using evidence-based methodologies.
• Administering tailored therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to promote effective recovery strategies.
• Maintaining accurate clinical records that comply with legal standards and organizational policies.
• Collaborating with fellow treatment team members to ensure holistic and coordinated care for each patient.
• Providing educational resources to patients and their families regarding mental health and substance abuse recovery options.
• Staying current with the latest research and integrating innovative practices into your therapeutic approach.
• Effectively managing your caseload, setting and meeting treatment goals while adhering to ethical guidelines and standards.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
