As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual psychotherapy to clients dealing with mental health issues related to substance abuse, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
• Conducting thorough assessments and developing comprehensive treatment plans that employ best practices and solution-focused interventions.
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.
• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure coordinated and holistic care for each client.

To qualify for this position, candidates should possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LICSW license in the state of Massachusetts.
• A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience, specifically focused on substance abuse therapy.
• Strong knowledge of solution-focused interventions and therapeutic techniques pertinent to substance use disorders.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, enabling effective collaboration within the treatment team.

While not required, candidates with the following experience will be given preference:
