Work Environment

This role offers a remote working environment, ensuring you can provide support and services in a flexible setting while still being connected with your colleagues. You will be a part of a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, nurses, and other mental health specialists, working together to provide holistic care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, allowing the development of tailored intervention strategies.
  • Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing to address unique challenges faced by clients.
  • Establish and monitor individualized treatment plans, ensuring that goals align with clients' needs and progress is regularly assessed.
  • Provide crisis intervention services, which may include conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans to support clients experiencing acute distress.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to ensure coordinated, empathetic, and effective care for all clients.

Qualifications
