As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will play a vital role in the mental health care delivery system by fulfilling the following responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to gauge the mental health needs of clients, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans that are evidence-based and goal-focused.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address diverse mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring compliance and confidentiality in client care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team—consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and addiction specialists—to provide holistic care that meets the complex needs of patients.
• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review sessions to enhance treatment quality and keep abreast of current best practices in mental health treatment.
• Educate and support patients and their families on mental health topics, available treatment options, and community resources to foster empowerment and informed decision-making.
• Proactively manage a full caseload of clients, ensuring that treatment objectives are being continuously evaluated and achieved in a timely manner.
• Adhere to ethical standards and professional guidelines set forth by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and other relevant organizations.

Your work will focus primarily on individuals seeking support for substance use disorders and concurrent mental health conditions. By employing evidence-based therapeutic practices and a compassionate approach, you will assist clients in navigating their recovery journeys, addressing underlying issues, and fostering resilience. Your role will be instrumental in supporting a diverse population, each with unique backgrounds and treatment needs.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A currently valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Michigan.
• Demonstrated experience (minimum of 3 years) in a clinical setting, especially in providing psychotherapy services.
• Strong knowledge of relevant solution-based psychotherapy interventions and techniques.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients and collaborate within a team.
• Analytical problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think critically in complex situations.
• The ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team environment.

While the minimum qualifications are essential, additional experience with crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, and substance use treatment methodologies will be highly regarded. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus, as this will enhance your ability to document client interactions and treatment progress efficiently.
