This position allows social workers to effectively balance their commitments with client needs through flexible scheduling that supports evening and weekend appointments when necessary.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, personal strengths, and available resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using research-based treatment modalities, specifically tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Utilize evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy to support clients effectively.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with specific goals and measurable interventions, as well as continually assess progress toward these objectives.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure comprehensive care delivery and seamless integration of services.
• Facilitate crisis intervention, perform risk assessments, and create safety plans as required to safeguard clients’ well-being.
• Maintain accurate client documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards to ensure continuity of care and compliance.
• Organize and facilitate group therapy sessions, psycho-educational classes, and support groups to enhance community resources.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting.
