Work Environment

This position is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while maintaining access to essential resources and support from our clinical team. You will be expected to maintain regular office hours, operating Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality counseling, psychotherapy, and case management services, specifically tailored to each patientโ€™s needs.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized, comprehensive treatment plans, collaborating with clients to establish measurable goals for therapy.
  • Actively advocate for clients, assisting them in accessing necessary resources, including financial aid, housing support, and additional social services.
  • Deliver crisis intervention for clients dealing with acute mental health challenges, such as suicidal ideation, substance abuse crises, and reactions to trauma.
  • Engage in educational initiatives aimed at fostering mental health awareness and reducing stigma within the community.
