Location and Role Details

Location: Fairbanks, Alaska

Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who can bring steady clinical care to clients in Alaska. This is a practical telehealth role where your sessions, documentation, and treatment planning all support one goal: helping people feel less stuck and more supported in everyday life. The caseload may include clients navigating psychosocial needs, emotional health, adjustment concerns, and access-focused behavioral health care.

This position is a strong fit for a clinician who understands how mental health, stress, systems, and practical barriers can affect a client's progress.

Responsibilities

        Meet with clients virtually and provide consistent therapeutic support

        Consider psychosocial factors, support systems, stressors, and client strengths during care planning

        Assess symptoms, stressors, strengths, and current support systems

        Create treatment plans that clients can understand and participate in

        Monitor progress and adjust goals when clinical needs shift

        Keep records timely, organized, and aligned with clinical documentation standards

Requirements

        Active Alaska LCSW license in good standing

        Master's degree in a relevant behavioral health field appropriate for Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensure

        Full clinical licensure required; temporary, associate, intern, or probationary licenses are not intended for this role

        Ability to build rapport through video sessions and communicate clearly in writing.

        Experience with clinical social work, therapy, psychosocial assessment, or care planning is helpful.
