• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to ascertain the psychological and emotional needs of clients, formulating tailored treatment plans that leverage solution-focused interventions.
• Implement and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness techniques, catered to individual client profiles.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ensuring all interactions are accurately logged in our case management systems.
• Engage with interdisciplinary teams, participating in case consultations and treatment planning sessions aimed at enhancing the quality of care provided to clients.
• Support patients and their families through education and guidance in coping strategies, encouraging their involvement in the healing process.
• Stay informed about the latest research and trends in mental health to continually improve therapeutic outcomes for clients.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of patients facing various mental health challenges, specializing in those undergoing detox and recovery treatment. • Must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation in the state of Georgia is required.

• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused therapeutic techniques and a commitment to continuous professional development.

• At least three years of direct clinical practice experience, ideally with a focus on substance use disorders and mental health.
