Work arrangement: U.S.-based remote/virtual, with potential international travel
Engagement: contingent, part-time/on-call proposal and post-award expert
Opportunity: Axyde Analytics proposal for USTDA 1131PL26R0058, Europe and Eurasia Digital Infrastructure Project Scoping Services
ROLE PURPOSE
Lead connectivity feasibility and project preparation across fiber, broadband, mobile/5G, neutral-host and resilient regional networks.
REPRESENTATIVE ASSIGNMENTS
• Develop demand, coverage, route, capacity, spectrum, resilience and interoperability alternatives.
• Test wholesale/open-access models, affordability, CAPEX/OPEX, rollout phasing and O&M.
• Develop Preliminary Assessments, Project Reports, FS/TORs, budgets and schedules.
REQUIRED EVIDENCE
• 10+ years of carrier, public-sector or critical-infrastructure telecom judgment.
• Named fiber and wireless assignments with scale, personal role and results.
• Direct feasibility, route/coverage, financial/rollout, procurement or TOR evidence.
• International deployment or Europe/Eurasia experience preferred.
• U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident. Please answer only yes/no/category; do not upload identity documents.
• Strong written English; ability to support approximately 20-day mobilization and up to three international trips of up to ten business days when assigned.
