1099 Independent Contractor | Part‑Time | Fully Remote Telehealth

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are partnering with a rapidly growing telehealth behavioral health organization that delivers structured mental health. These patients are typically individuals navigating personal injury, workplace incidents, trauma, and emotional distress cases who require ongoing therapeutic support throughout their legal process.

This is a part‑time 1099 independent contractor role with genuine schedule flexibility and no potential for full‑time conversion.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  • Provide virtual individual therapy to adults experiencing trauma, personal injury, and emotional distress
  • Conduct initial evaluations and ongoing follow‑up sessions within a structured care program
  • Maintain clear, timely, clinically defensible documentation
  • Utilize CBT and other evidence‑based modalities as the primary therapeutic framework
  • Communicate professionally with patients and the administrative support team
SCHEDULE & CASELOAD
  • Flexible scheduling; evening and weekend availability strongly preferred
  • Consistent weekly scheduling supports continuity of care
  • Typical program duration: 10–16 weeks
  • Starting caseload: ~5 patients per week, with growth based on your availability and Georgia patient volume
REQUIRED LICENSURE
  • Active, fully independent, unrestricted LCSW license in Georgia
  • Supervised, associate, or provisional licenses do not qualify
  • Multi‑state licensure is a strong advantage and increases patient volume across additional states served by the organization
  • Bilingual providers (Spanish or Arabic) are in high demand
  • Additional licensure in states such as AL, AR, ME, MI, NH, NJ, OR, or PA is a major plus
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience treating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, or co‑occurring behavioral health conditions
  • CBT training or certification
  • Comfort working in a legal‑adjacent clinical environment
  • Evening/weekend availability
  • Experience with Jane EHR or similar telehealth platforms
  • Bilingual in Spanish or Arabic
COMPENSATION
  • Pay is per visit based on CPT codes performed
  • Standard session length: 45 minutes, plus 15 minutes paid for documentation
  • No‑show pay included
  • All billing handled on the backend
  • Full compensation breakdown provided at offer stage
  • Weekly payments issued every Friday for all completed and charted sessions.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE — GEORGIA LCSW Licensure
  • Fully independent Georgia LCSW
  • Additional licensure in states such as AL, AR, ME, MI, NH, NJ, OR, or PA is a major plus
Clinical Background
  • Outpatient individual therapy experience with adults
  • Strong competency in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression
  • CBT proficiency required; EMDR certification is a bonus
  • Comfortable working in a legal‑adjacent care model
Experience Level
  • Minimum 3–5 years post‑licensure
  • Comfortable working autonomously without built‑in supervision
