Head of Growth
100% Remote
Hands on, highly analytical leader owning the end-to-end growth engine and channel P&Ls across TikTok Shop, Amazon, Meta/Insta, and overall DTC success. Responsible for CAC, MER, attribution, conversion, creative testing, retention, and the overall growth roadmap to scale revenue, subscriptions, and profitability.
*Currently using agencies and some in house resources. This person would work closely with agencies and make the necessary changes/recommendations as well as start building the growth engine in house when they believe it's time and can drive profitability!
Key responsibilities
  • Own total revenue strategy and P&Ls across TikTok Shop, Amazon, IG, Meta and DTC.
  • Define and operate channel economics (CAC, MER, ROAS) and optimize media spend allocation.
  • Build offer architecture, pricing, bundles, subscription strategy, and retention systems.
  • Lead analytics & reporting: maintain dashboards, attribution models, weekly KPI cadence, and executive reporting.
  • Manage creative testing framework and coordinate content/performance teams to scale winning assets.
  • Implement growth loops between channels (TikTok → Amazon/DTC → paid/social).
  • Drive subscription growth, repeat purchase rate, and MER efficiency.
  • Set testing roadmap (creative hooks, landing pages, promotions) and prioritize scaleable winners.
  • Hire, mentor, and align cross-functional partners (media, creative, influencer, product, supply).

Success metrics
  • Target CAC and MER improvements, subscription MRR growth, conversion rate lift, Amazon rank/velocity, LTV/CAC ratio, and % of revenue from TikTok Shop/Amazon/DTC.

Must-have qualifications
  • 5+ years growth leadership in DTC/CPG with deep marketplace and social commerce experience.
  • Track record scaling Meta/Insta, TikTok Shop, Amazon.
  • Strong analytics (SQL/BI), attribution, LTV modeling, etc.
  • Hands-on with creative testing, landing page CRO, and performance playbooks.
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership and execution orientation.
