This full-time position offers the convenience of a remote work setting, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in Phoenix, Arizona. You will utilize telehealth technology to conduct individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring you can reach clients effectively and compassionately while adhering to all safety and confidentiality protocols. • Oversee the clinical care of patients with a wide range of psychological needs, ensuring that you use best practices in assessment and intervention.
• Conduct individualized therapy sessions and group therapies, implementing evidence-based practices tailored to each patient's circumstances.
• Carry out comprehensive mental health evaluations, documenting findings in concise treatment logs that reflect each patient’s progress.
• Develop structured treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families while regularly evaluating and adjusting these plans as needed.
• Address crisis situations with professional insight, employing advanced counseling techniques to provide immediate support and intervention.
• Facilitate referrals to specialized professionals when necessary, ensuring patients receive holistic care and comprehensive support.
• Deliver educational programs and supportive resources to patients and families to empower them in managing mental health challenges.

Your role will encompass working with a diverse patient population, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. You will focus on creating a safe space where clients can openly discuss their concerns, allowing you to guide them towards effective coping strategies and recovery outcomes.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is mandatory.
• Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating direct patient care and a solid understanding of therapeutic modalities.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling practices is highly desirable.
• Experience in developing treatment plans and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 135,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, we provide:
