Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and oversee the clinical care provided to a diverse caseload of patients, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of mental health practice.
  • Conduct individualized or group therapy sessions, addressing mental health needs and conducting thorough assessments as required.
  • Create and maintain detailed treatment logs and case notes that capture the patient's progress and treatment plan modifications.
  • Utilize advanced skills in patient assessment, working collaboratively with individuals and their families to construct and implement effective resolution strategies.
  • Utilize clinical expertise to counsel patients and their families, manage crisis situations, and deliver therapeutic interventions tailored to each clientโ€™s unique circumstances.
  • Facilitate personalized counseling for individuals, families, or groups, and provide referrals to specialized professionals as needed to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Assess the needs of both patients and healthcare providers to create actionable psychological service plans, conducting regular evaluations to monitor ongoing progress.
  • Undertake thorough mental health evaluations as part of the care structure, ensuring accurate and equitable access to services.
  • Document treatment strategies, progress summaries, and revisions promptly, while also offering educational and supportive resources to patients and their families.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will engage with a wide-ranging patient demographic, focusing on adults and adolescents presenting with various mental health challenges. Your role will be pivotal in addressing conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health issues, ensuring each patient receives care that is personalized and responsive to their evolving needs.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree or PhD in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or PsyD is mandatory.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is required, demonstrating strong capabilities in assessments, therapeutic interventions, and crisis management.
  • Familiarity with telehealth technologies and remote counseling methodologies is preferred, enhancing effective patient engagement in a virtual environment.
