Key Responsibilities

• Provide ethical and compassionate mental health counseling through video consultations, ensuring a safe space for clients to discuss their concerns.
• Conduct thorough and ongoing assessments to understand the unique needs of each client, followed by the formulation of personalized treatment plans tailored to their individual circumstances.
• Guide clients in developing new coping strategies, problem-solving skills, and effective communication techniques to foster self-sufficiency and resilience.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be stable adults facing low-acuity mental health issues. These clients may include individuals dealing with anxiety, mild depression, transitional life challenges, and stress-related concerns. By providing targeted and understanding care, you will empower clients to manage their mental health effectively, ensuring they have the tools needed for personal growth and development.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Current and valid state licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD) is essential, along with independent licensure allowing for unsupervised practice.
• A clean disciplinary record and strong interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in digital platforms and a reliable internet connection to facilitate remote counseling sessions effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in community health settings or with diverse populations is highly valued and contributes to understanding the unique challenges faced by clients.
• Previous experience providing mental health services via telehealth would be an advantage, enhancing your comfort and effectiveness in a remote consultation environment.

Compensation and Benefits

• We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
