This role is executed primarily in a remote detox center setting, where you will provide counseling services to clients who are facing addiction challenges and mental health issues. Our organization embraces flexibility in scheduling, offering 4x10 or 5x8 shifts within the operational hours of 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday. With ongoing support from a cohesive team, you can maintain a balanced work life while effectively contributing to client wellness.

• Deliver individualized psychotherapy and counseling services to clients, which may include individuals, groups, couples, and families.
• Conduct thorough client interviews to gather and interpret relevant social, personal, environmental, and health information.
• Evaluate client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that adhere to your clinical scope of practice.
• Coordinate and implement programs that address clients' social and emotional needs, fostering a holistic treatment approach.
• Facilitate cognitive, affective, and behavioral health interventions, focusing on short-term crisis resolution and referrals.
• Establish and maintain trusting, respectful relationships with clients, creating a safe environment conducive to healing.
• Document treatment provided and client progress thoroughly in accordance with established protocols and best practices.
• Maintain an organized caseload, ensuring documentation is reflective of the services and appropriately updated.
• Provide individual clinical counseling tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team's mission and service delivery goals.

Our clientele encompasses a diverse range of individuals, including those suffering from mental health issues such as depression, mood disorders, and substance use disorders. You will engage with clients in various stages of recovery, providing the empathetic support and professional guidance necessary for their journey towards improved mental health and well-being. Your ability to connect with and understand the unique challenges faced by these clients is vital to their success.

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related mental health field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.
• Strong foundation in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment modalities related to behavioral health.

We highly value candidates with at least 4 years of relevant experience in clinical social work, particularly in behavioral mental health treatment. Experience in treating conditions such as anxiety, depression, family dynamics, grief, and substance abuse recovery will be beneficial in thriving within this role. Familiarity with therapeutic techniques and community resource allocation will enhance your effectiveness with our client population.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to USD 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a sign-on bonus. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
