We're seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to join a busy team in West Side El Paso. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Position Details.


  • Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Employment Type: Temporary


Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to office staff and management
  • Answer phones, manage emails, and assist with communication
  • Enter and maintain accurate records and data
  • Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence
  • Assist with scheduling and general office coordination
  • Support accounting and administrative functions using QuickBooks


Qualifications

  • Strong computer and administrative skills required
  • QuickBooks experience required
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
