Work Environment

This role is designed to be fully remote, allowing for flexibility while ensuring that therapists remain engaged with our vibrant community of practitioners. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate the mental health needs of patients and create individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.
  • Provide short-term counseling and crisis intervention services, addressing a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders.
  • Facilitate engaging therapy groups and workshops that focus on topics like stress management, emotional regulation, and interpersonal skills development.
