• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate the mental health needs of patients and create individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Provide short-term counseling and crisis intervention services, addressing a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders.
• Facilitate engaging therapy groups and workshops that focus on topics like stress management, emotional regulation, and interpersonal skills development.
• Collaborate with hospital departments, including medical teams and community organizations, to ensure well-rounded patient care and resource utilization.
• Participate in outreach initiatives aimed at raising mental health awareness and providing preventive services through workshops and community events.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records that meet ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Proficient knowledge of therapeutic techniques and intervention strategies that accommodate the acute and chronic needs of our patient demographics.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective interaction with diverse populations and collaboration with various healthcare providers.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and a commitment to staying informed about the latest developments in mental health treatment methodologies.

• Previous experience providing mental health counseling in a hospital or community health setting.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a diverse caseload while prioritizing patient care.

• Salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
