Job description

POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for licensed providers in Texas who specialize in one of the following areas and can provide virtual care within their specialty:

  • Cardiology MD
  • Cardiology NP
  • Pulmonology MD
  • Pulmonology NP
  • Nephrology MD
  • Nephrology NP

Each role focuses on evaluating, diagnosing, and managing conditions through telemedicine within your specific specialty. Our goal is to give patients convenient access to high quality specialty care while supporting you with a strong clinical and administrative team.

This is a part-time or PRN position. You will need to be available for at least 10 hours each week (only when you have patient appointments on your schedule for the week).

We are looking for providers who bring compassion, strong clinical judgment, and a genuine interest in helping patients feel cared for. You should be comfortable working independently but also enjoy collaborating with a supportive team.

REQUIREMENTS

For Physicians:

  • Active and unrestricted Texas medical license
  • Board certified or board eligible in the relevant specialty
  • Active Medicare enrollment including 855I and 855R (PTAN)
  • Active NPI
  • DEA registration (if applicable to specialty)
  • Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience in your specialty

For Nurse Practitioners:

  • Active and unrestricted Texas APRN or PA license
  • National board certification in specialty area
  • Active Medicare enrollment including 855I and 855R (PTAN)
  • Active NPI
  • DEA registration (if applicable)
  • Minimum of 5 years of specialty experience

For All Providers:

  • Computer proficiency and comfort using EHR systems and virtual platforms
  • Telemedicine equipment including reliable computer, high quality camera, stable internet connection, and secure workspace
  • Strong clinical judgment and patient centered approach
  • Telemedicine experience preferred but not required
  • Preferably based in Texas
