The Holistic Mind Wellness Center is actively seeking dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our innovative team in Columbia, Maryland. This full-time role is entirely remote, allowing professionals the flexibility to manage their schedules while delivering quality mental health services. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse caseload consisting of individuals, families, and groups, delivering psychotherapy services via telehealth platforms.
  • Engage in direct clinical service delivery and participate in Intensive Outpatient Programs, contributing to crucial treatment planning and implementation.
  • Conduct crisis interventions while assessing client needs in order to determine appropriate therapeutic activities.
  • Participate in clinical team meetings and collaborative decision-making processes, contributing insights to enhance service delivery standards.
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations, clinical best practices, and organizational policies while maintaining high standards of care.
  • Document and manage therapy-related paperwork efficiently while collaborating with other professionals to gather essential client information.
