• Provide high-quality outpatient mental health treatments, including thorough diagnostic evaluations and tailored short-term counseling plans.
• Manage a diverse caseload consisting of individuals, families, and groups, delivering psychotherapy services via telehealth platforms.
• Engage in direct clinical service delivery and participate in Intensive Outpatient Programs, contributing to crucial treatment planning and implementation.
• Conduct crisis interventions while assessing client needs in order to determine appropriate therapeutic activities.
• Participate in clinical team meetings and collaborative decision-making processes, contributing insights to enhance service delivery standards.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, clinical best practices, and organizational policies while maintaining high standards of care.
• Document and manage therapy-related paperwork efficiently while collaborating with other professionals to gather essential client information.

The individuals served through our community health clinic often face a myriad of challenges, including mental health issues and co-occurring disorders. Our therapists will work with clients who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. We strive to ensure that our services meet the unique needs of each client by providing specialized care and support, enabling them to thrive both personally and socially.

• Must hold a current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or possess a Psy.D qualification to practice in Maryland.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution is required.
• At least 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy services to diverse populations is essential.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records is preferred.

• Demonstrated proficiency in providing evidence-based therapies for individuals, couples, and families.
• Experience with crisis intervention strategies and managing complex cases.
• A background in working within integrated healthcare settings is a plus.

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
