As a Subrogation Agent, you will be responsible for contacting insurance companies and renters to resolve outstanding damage claims. Unlike traditional collections, where you face endless unanswered calls, here, you'll find that every call counts. We are growing fast! As demand surges, we're expanding our billing and collections teams. We are looking for proven high-performers from traditional collections to join us in the exciting fast-paced role of rental subrogation.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls and take inbound calls with insurance companies and renters to collect outstanding damage claims
  • Negotiate payments and settlements in a professional manner
  • Track and manage account activity in our system
  • Maintain complete and accurate records of all interactions
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Collaborate with other team members
  • Meet and exceed monthly recovery goals

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of relevant subrogation, collections, claims, and/or car rental experience
  • Proven track record of top-tier performance
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills through various channels (phone, email, face-to-face, etc.)
  • Self-motivated with a high level of accountability
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal driven environment
  • Detail-oriented
  • Computer savvy

This is a REMOTE position. You are required to work on camera and must have a secure environment that is free of distractions.
