• Provide individual counseling sessions via video chat to clients, focusing on their unique mental health needs.
• Encourage clients to explore their emotions, experiences, and relationships to cultivate self-awareness and personal growth.
• Act as an advocate for clients, assisting them in setting and achieving their mental health goals utilizing a solution-focused approach.
• Evaluate clients' mental health conditions thoroughly and create tailored treatment plans that integrate your clinical expertise.

Your clients will be carefully screened to ensure they are stable adults with low acuity levels. You will not be working with severe mental health cases, allowing you to focus on providing effective therapeutic interventions to clients aligned with your specialties and demographic preferences. This thoughtful matching enhances the therapeutic relationship and improves client outcomes.

• A completed Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Licensure: Must hold a full and unrestricted license in your state, specifically as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No limited or provisional licenses will be considered. Candidates must also be in good standing without any disciplinary actions.
• Strong interpersonal skills coupled with a sympathetic nature to foster meaningful client relationships.
• Proficient with computer systems and digital communication platforms.

While not mandatory, experience in telehealth counseling and familiarity with electronic health record systems are advantageous. Additionally, candidates with a background in specific therapy modalities will enhance their applicability to assigned client needs.

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. We offer a sign-on bonus and benefits such as:
