Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor at Vitality Recovery Mental Healthcare, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions via video chat with clients to address their mental health needs.
• Facilitating discussions around emotions, experiences, and personal growth to foster client insight and self-awareness.
• Assisting clients in defining and achieving their personal goals while acting as an advocate for their needs.
• Assessing clients' mental health conditions thoroughly and developing tailored treatment plans that utilize solution-focused strategies rooted in your clinical expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a carefully screened population of clients, consisting primarily of stable adults with low acuity concerns. Our meticulous client-matching process aligns you with individuals whose needs reflect your specific areas of expertise and demographic interests, ensuring a meaningful therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid, full state license in good standing to practice independently as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and an understanding nature.
• Proficiency in utilizing digital tools and technology for counseling purposes.

Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will possess at least two years of professional experience in mental health counseling, providing them with the clinical knowledge and skills necessary to excel in this role. Experience working in telehealth or remote counseling settings is a plus, as it enables seamless engagement with clients in a virtual environment.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, depending on your working hours and availability. In addition to an attractive salary, our benefits package includes:
