This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, depending on experience and hours worked.

Work Environment

This counseling position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from home while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. With flexible scheduling options available, you can choose to work full-time (over 30 hours per week) or part-time (over 5 hours per week). Key Responsibilities

• Provide ethical and compassionate mental health counseling to clients via video chat, employing evidence-based practices that promote emotional healing and personal growth.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that address their specific challenges and goals.
• Work collaboratively with clients to equip them with new coping strategies, effective problem-solving techniques, and improved communication skills, fostering their journey toward recovery.
• Maintain detailed and accurate progress notes and documentation to track client progress while ensuring compliance with all ethical guidelines and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adults who are experiencing manageable mental health challenges. By working closely with clients, you will help them navigate their emotions and develop effective strategies for coping with life’s hurdles.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is a prerequisite.
• You must possess a current state license in one of the following: LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or a PsyD, demonstrating your compliance with state regulations.
• Candidates should have independent licensure without the necessity for supervision and a clear disciplinary record.
• Excellent interpersonal skills combined with strong computer literacy and proficiency in using telehealth platforms to communicate effectively with clients.
• A stable Wi-Fi connection is necessary to facilitate seamless remote counseling sessions.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience providing therapeutic services in an outpatient setting or through telehealth platforms is highly desirable.
• Exposure to working with a diverse client population and familiarity with different therapeutic modalities will be advantageous in delivering tailored care.
