The Senior Loan Processor will focus on gathering documentation from the Customer and third parties to meet loan all requirements with a high level of service and quality. A Senior Processor must have knowledge of new construction purchase loans consisting of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA and non-conforming jumbo loans, as responsibilities will stretch across these specialized loan types.

Job Duties
- Communicate directly with Borrowers that Processor is main point of contact for their loan following loan approval.
- Communicate documentation requirements to borrowers and follow up to ensure timely loan receipt of conditions
- Order all processing documents in a timely manner and review documents for compliance with company standards
- Review DU or LP findings to ensure loan submission matches documentation in file
- Review and submit credit and property conditions to Underwriting
- Return phone calls and emails to borrowers with 4 hours of receipt
- Maintain Loan Notes and Critical Path Report comments to keep other parties informed
- Prepare loan for closing utilizing Closing Checklist
- Maintain proactive communication with Borrowers to keep them informed throughout the loan process.
Special Requirements
- Three years work experience required, preferably with one year related work experience in residential mortgage lending or 1st Trust Mortgage or Home Equity processing/closing
- Good analytical and math skills required
- Strong oral and written communication skills required
- Computer skills required
