This role is to join the Regional Wellbeing Engagement team as a high-impact, strategic, and autonomous lead for our Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB) segment. Reporting directly to the Wellbeing Engagement Director, you will serve as the primary Wellbeing Engagement point of contact and strategic lead across the entire SMB portfolio of 1,000+ client accounts. Operating on a scalable, one-to-many model, you will design, test, and deploy wide-reaching engagement strategies, programmatic playbooks, and automated journeys across the business unit to drive paid subscriber growth and employee activation. This is an exceptional opportunity to act as an intrapreneurial driver-experimenting with scalable engagement mechanisms, interpreting complex usage data, and collaborating with SMB Senior Leadership, Sales, Client Success, and more internal stakeholders.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Own the holistic Wellbeing Engagement strategy across 1,000+ SMB accounts, deploying scalable one-to-many strategies like digital campaigns, webinars, self-service comms toolkits, and automated nurture sequences.
  • Analyze and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data (Looker, campaign engagement, webinar metrics) to craft compelling data stories that reveal behavioral trends and inform future investments.
  • Proactively conceive, execute, and iterate on pilot initiatives, digital engagement journeys, and relaunch playbooks across different client cohorts.
  • Serve as the single point of contact and subject matter expert on Wellbeing Engagement for SMB Senior Leadership, Sales leads, Client Success leads, and cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with CX and Digital Solutions teams to integrate engagement touchpoints into self-service support and digital onboarding flows.
  • Design self-service engagement toolkits, automated communication kits, and webinar narratives to empower HR administrators to drive internal wellness adoption autonomously.
  • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness.

WHO YOU ARE

  • A true team player with at least 3-5+ years of experience in B2B2C marketing, account management, customer success, or scalable growth strategy, preferably within SaaS, Corporate Wellness, or HR Tech.
  • Have expertise in building B2B2C communication journeys, digital nurture campaigns, and self-service enablement toolkits.
  • Have advanced proficiency in business analytics platforms (e.g., Looker, Metabase, Tableau) with a proven ability to extract behavioral insights and build data-backed strategic decks.
  • Have familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce), marketing automation tools (SFMC), project management software (JIRA), and presentation platforms.
  • Be an autonomous driver and gray-area navigator who thrives in high-ambiguity environments, proactively identifying segment gaps and bringing complete strategies to leadership.
  • Be an exceptional cross-functional communicator with strong executive presence, comfortable pushing back constructively on non-scalable requests and managing stakeholders across all levels.

We recognize that individuals approach job applications differently. We strongly encourage all aspiring applicants to go for it, even if they don't match the job description 100%. We welcome your application and will be delighted to explore if you could be a great fit for our team.
