We are hiring a Contracts and Program Administrator to support our Seattle Team! This is a hybrid role that collaborates with FLC Senior Leadership and to operate as point-person for communication and implementation of new processes, programs and policies.
Our Contracts and Programs Administrator:
  • Manages and monitors contract processing and execution.
  • Prepares necessary documents for new or renewed contracts as required by private and governmental contractors.
  • Updates records of all correspondence related to contract activity.
  • Maintains a file for each contract to will include original contract, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, and payment schedules.
  • Performs contract closure activities as needed;
  • Updates and monitors Teams Contract Tracking folder; maintain e-file on Certificates of Liability Insurance, business licenses, and all documents required for contract award or renewal.
  • Reviews and ensures timely renewal of business licenses and annual update of the SAM Registration.
  • Coordinate with insurance representatives in claim filing and monitoring of COI's for contractors.
  • Works with Program Directors to ensure renewal of the contracts.
  • Maintains Iron Mountain Records Management including file preparation and recording for archiving, retrieval, and destruction. Maintain electronic documentation of stored records.
  • Performs general office machine maintenance and management of postage meters at all sites. Maintain general office supplies.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What you need to succeed:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two years of experience in business related work with a willingness to learn
  • A detail oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills
  • Dedication to completing projects
