Work Environment

Our remote work setting promotes a healthy work-life balance, allowing our therapists to provide support to clients from anywhere they feel most comfortable. Regular business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, ensuring that therapists can maintain stability in their personal lives while being dedicated to their clients' needs. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments to gain a deep understanding of each clientโ€™s unique mental health needs and challenges.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices, focusing on tailored therapy interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
  • Implement therapeutic techniques during sessions, managing various modalities to ensure each client receives the most effective support based on their individual goals.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and establishing trust with clients regarding their privacy.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to foster professional development and enhance treatment quality.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, addressing their concerns and providing access to community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, which includes individuals of varying ages and backgrounds, each facing different challenges in their mental health journeys. Qualifications
  • A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • An active state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • In-depth knowledge of solution-based psychotherapy interventions, with an ability to personalize approaches for each client.
