Work Environment

Our remote work setting promotes a healthy work-life balance, allowing our therapists to provide support to clients from anywhere they feel most comfortable. Regular business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, ensuring that therapists can maintain stability in their personal lives while being dedicated to their clients' needs. You will have access to a comprehensive digital infrastructure, enabling you to conduct therapy sessions via secure platforms that prioritize client confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to gain a deep understanding of each client’s unique mental health needs and challenges.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices, focusing on tailored therapy interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
• Implement therapeutic techniques during sessions, managing various modalities to ensure each client receives the most effective support based on their individual goals.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and establishing trust with clients regarding their privacy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to foster professional development and enhance treatment quality.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, addressing their concerns and providing access to community resources.
• Stay current with developments in the mental health field, leveraging new insights to inform your practice and improve client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, which includes individuals of varying ages and backgrounds, each facing different challenges in their mental health journeys. Your role will involve not only providing therapeutic interventions but also empowering clients with coping strategies and resources to facilitate lasting change in their lives.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• In-depth knowledge of solution-based psychotherapy interventions, with an ability to personalize approaches for each client.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for establishing therapeutic relationships based on trust and empathy.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for navigating complex client situations to achieve positive outcomes.
• A collaborative spirit, valuing teamwork and supporting a cohesive working environment.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a telehealth or remote therapy setting is highly desirable.
• Experience working with trauma survivors or individuals dealing with crisis situations.
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to ensure accurate and efficient documentation of client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
