• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients' psychological and emotional well-being, ensuring tailored approaches to their unique situations.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices that align with each client's specific goals and challenges.
• Deliver various therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing proven techniques to enhance client outcomes.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support, employing methods to safely de-escalate situations and address immediate client concerns.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers, to facilitate comprehensive care for clients.
• Continuously update knowledge on the latest mental health research and treatment methodologies by attending conferences, webinars, and in-house training sessions.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and training to refine your skills and stay informed about best practices in therapy.
• Adhere to professional ethics and guidelines, ensuring that all interactions with clients and colleagues reflect a commitment to ethical standards.

You will be working with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Your role will focus on building strong therapeutic relationships that empower clients to work towards recovery and improved mental health.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is essential.
• State licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R) is required.
• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, crucial for effective evaluations and accurate treatment planning.
